25 Great Photography Tutorials and Links From Around the Web

Every month or two I like to create a list of helpful tutorials and resources from around the photographic web.
This time I think you’ll agree that there’s been some wonderful tutorials written. I’ve included 17 from other sites – 5 from our archives (this time last year) and 3 great photoshop video tutorials.

Great list. Seeing the de-aging video reminded me that Smashing Magazine just came out with a list of 70 beauty retouching photoshop tutorials. Between their list and yours I’m going to have to make time to actually go take pictures!

Hey, great links. Thanks for the posting. I have only checked the first 8 and learned a lot already, each one leads to more useful information. Now that I want to check number 9 (8 Photography Myths Debunked – just what the title says :-)) the link is not working, I tried to google for the article but it appeared that the host site is not working. Does anyone have the full article or knows of a working link? Thanks a lot again.

If your looking for a good photography tutorial or photography training site, http://www.hobopublishing.com is a really good one. They offer training on portraits, nudes, weddings, and alot more. They also have some stuff on lighting setups and posing guides. Check em’ out. The programs they have are real easy to use and very interactive. Hope that helps some.
