Default Help to reset to default settings

I have a sony DSLR-A330. Lent it to friend. Settings have been changed. How do I reset the camera to default settings?:

First result is the manual. Search the manual for "reset" and page 129 explains.

Have you gone through each menu? My canon has a setting "defaul to factory settings" I can't remember off the top of my head but I know it's there.

Sorry not much help because I don't have your camera but sometimes its just a case of flicking through ALL the menus to get what you want. Sorry!
