This is the United States Air Force Memorial located in Alexandria, VA dedicated to the 54,000 airmen who have died in combat. I shot this series with a Canon EF 14mm f/2.8L II Wide Angle Lens


Many people look at this sculpture, and say what is it? I like it and find it a fitting memorial for all who served. Plus its cool to shoot.


I couldn't help but reflect a little.

Ah! Went past this during a trip to the states this past summer. It's really neat to see some close up shots. Really great and thanks for sharing! =)
