Default Macro moss (and fungus)

Went out bird spotting today but all the pictures I got were rubbish for one reason or another, so played a little with the macro on my new 70-300 lens.

Me guesses you're liking the new glass! I can count the individual leaves on each branch of the moss .. nice work for a bird shoot .. lol ..

Very nice. Love the details. The moss is such a rich green too.

thanks guys, the worst of it is, it was my wife who insisted I shoot the moss and now she's being insufferably smug about it. worth it for a nice shot though.
