Jim's out to archery practice with the boys, so I thought I'd hack in here to show a few of MY favorites....THAT I TOOK!! Looking through some of the old posts, it sounds like he's been bad-mouthing me. Don't believe a word of it. I was framed!!! Remember that picture of me leaning on the Cuervo??? Totally staged! He took my battery out, so I was defenseless. Then took out his fog machine to make it look dramatic. I'm telling you...don't trust this guy!!
Anyway, here are a few more from our visit to the Sonoran Desert Museum. Can't wait to get back exclusively for the Harris' Hawks. I love this guy's profile, so I posted it in Patrick and Paul's curvy thread under Jim's name. Until I grow legs, I have to drag Jim along wherever I go, so I'm at the mercy of this photographer-wannabe! ![]() ....nuther desert viper ![]() While this shot is technically substandard, I couldn't help but post it. I love the brilliant colors that were reflected by the 1/5000th second flash. This was by far the most colorful hummingbird I've ever seen. This shot is SOOM (straight out of me) except for a little crop. ![]() ...and last but not least, another magnificent hawk. What a poser!!! ![]() Thanks for looking at MY pics...for I am Spartacus!!!

Terrific shots Jim......I don't know how to post process a shot like that viper but that is cool and I also see that you have two triangles of negative space in the corners which nicely frames the diagonal subject and the eye is right on the horizontal plane of thirds......great composition Jim
