The Homestead House & Buggy House

Hi. First timer here! I am learning each day and recently tried shooting some shots out of automatic mode. The ranch where I took photos is a county park. It is Mildred Kanipe's donation to our county park system. It is about 1100 acres, there are 30-40 peacocks on the place, the old homestead houses & barns, lots of hiking and horse trails and it is beautiful. I have been trying to get a good picture of the buggy house. It was built in the mid 1800's and I just can't seem to quite get what I want. I love going to this ranch. It is only a few miles from my home. The homestead house is fenced in. I got a minute inside the gate the other day since the groundskeeper had it open and was chatting with my husband.

Hi JeanneLou and welcome to DPS. These are some nice shots you have chosen for your first 'share'. I like the wobbly wheels leaning on the wall and the nearly-falling-down tree.
