Talking Midnight portraits

Continuing my http://digital-photography-school.co...ng-lights.html post. These are some of the portrait shots taken. I've never done portraits using only a flash gun like these before. I didn't get the 'focusing in the dark' quite right and has a long was to go. And I probably should have gotten something to bounce the light from the opposite side too.

Ammused

Tired

Light vs Dark

Big thanks to my friend Adib for not refusing our forceful persuasion for him to be the model.

Hi Sparda - I would be jumping up and down if my portrait images turn out like these ... one thing I really like about these images is the skin tone ... just beautiful

Hi Sparda. Great shots. I agree with Hayward, the skin tones are perfect. Well done. Am yet to try this myself.... I have no willing participants.... TFS.

Thanks Hayward. I think you're referring to the 1st and 3rd shot.
