Default Northern Lights Display

These Aurora Borealis started out with a full green curtain sweeping across the sky and then broke into stray beams of light and finally rested as a cloud on the northern horizon.

I'm so jealous Up North. I would love to see this for myself but unfortunately we don't see it this far down. It must be something really special to see and how well you have captured it. Thanks for sharing it with us buddy.

Dave.

Thanks Dave, We normally see a lot more activity during these winter months but recent reports are that the borealis has a peak and low cycle and we are at the low activity years. So this is the first good display thus far this winter. Glad i could share it with you.

Those are great photos - I never realized the lights moved around like that. Thanks so much for sharing - someday I hope to see them myself!

Those are too nice. I've always wanted to go to Alaska, but it's too cold for me.

Beautiful. You are so very
lucky to be able to see the
Aurora Borealis ... I would love
to see it in person one day.
Great shots... TFS
