Default Bald Eagles

I finally made some time to get out, and shoot the Eagles yesterday. I only hung around for an hour, and never did see the second one, or the babies. I seriously need a longer lens.

The third photo is very impressive and I really like the last shot. Isn't it a bugger when you need a longer lens and you haven't got one.

Superb, what a great way to spend an hour. You'll have to be good all year and hope Santa notices; maybe you'll get that new lens

Well, I'm sure you'll win the lottery soon . . . and then you can get the 400/2.8 that's on your wish list.

Very nice set.

Great Shots! I particularly like the last 2, very well composed and I like the shot of the eagle with the fish! I was going to buy a 300mm f/2.8 for my Canon 7D, to go along with my 500mm f/4L, but I went with the Canon 400mm f/4 IS USM DO instead, I think it will be a better bird lens (lighter and still auto focus with a 1/4 converter)
Thanks for sharing these
Michael.
