Default Weeds touching sky - do you like - color or b/w?

Couple of days back in my lunch break, I went out with my camera to capture the surrounding.. clicked some snowy stuff and then I hit at this idea of capturing the wild weeds that is ready to touch the sky and the birdies ready to grab their food.. Please have a look at these two pictures and let me know what you think and which one is better - colored or black-white!

Colored
Weeds touching sky - Colored

Black and white
Weeds touching sky - B/W

I prefer the color. That blue is beautiful

My vote for color version too.
Those birds seems almost fake to me, it's an interesting shot.

I prefer the Black and White. It allows you to see the contrast and detail of the weeds without the beautiful/powerful blue sky getting in the way. I was going to ask about the bird too. For some reason it just doesn't look real almost like a painting/drawing of a bird instead of a photo. Was it taken at the same time or photoshopped in from somewhere else?

It's a wonderful photo either way, but for me the color really makes it!
