Thought I'd share a pic of my first boat model . Thought I'd start off small

Yes this was my first boat model built from a $10 kit I found on ebay . It was a gift/joke for a friend at work that had been talking about getting a new "dinghy" to go fishing in . He loved it !!! I'll see if I can find the CD that has the rest of the photos on it ...( Keep an eye out tomorrow )

This was away from my norm of RC aircraft models . Got another ( sailboat ) 75% done and a larger Navy Brig Niagara model to tackle someday ...That one will take some time with 2400 pieces and all the rigging involved

Thank you skyline ,

The next one is almost done and is a gift for my oldest daughter . It's a Chesapeake Bay sailboat used by oyster fisherman .

Definetly i will keep an eye for tomorrow... great shot! but you left me wanting more pics of the boat... i hope that you got multiple angles... i`d be great

What a beautiful boat you put together. I know a lot of work went into that little guy! Also, I love the wood planks you put it on to photograph it, as opposed to the kitchen table! Nice!!!
