Eyes closed, mouth open - an interesting take on your self (portrait)! I like the monochrome - nicely done, great shot!

2 things come to mind here.

1) Watch your photo size. 740px on the longest side. Their rules, not mine.

2) I'd be screaming too if somebody stuck a pointy metallic object in my lower lip! Ouch!!
