Thumbs up Living in a small town in Thailand gives you great shots!

I live in Lang Suan Thailand, a super small town in the south of Thailand. I teach English there but I'm trying to get everyone comfortable with me carrying a camera around!

Please check out my photography blog to see my Daily Pictures! I will be posting them here too. Please give me feedback and thoughts on how to improve! Thats the point of shooting, to improve and be the best you can be!

It POORS in Thailand and it offers an amazing setting for some good shots! I was lucky enough to see this guy walk out of the apartment next to mine!

hello , welcome to DPS.
What a way to start the first thread ! I really liked the photo. It gives the pleasure of enjoying rains . Infact it looks more like a portrait than a photo ! However whats there on the left side of the photo ? if it is copped, it will improve the face value of this pic.

I also live in Thailand (part time) our home is Near Khao Yai National park, about 2 1/2 hours north of Bangkok. Welcome to DPS I think You'll enjoy it here.
This is a really nice shot, but as some else mentioned, there are some rules you need to follow when posting, the Mods will be getting in contact with you. You are limited to 740 pixels on the longest side for your posts. Yours' is a little bigger.
Thanks for sharing this
Michael.

WELCOME to DPS.
I love this shot....but also think to crop whatever is on the side would improve it. It's an awesome capture in the rain.
