Default First shoot with a new Camera...

Well, I got my new Canon 50D today. After charging the battery and a trip to the store for a CF card. I tooled around the house and shot a few images. My son and I saw an Oil Drilling Rig last night, so I headed out there to capture an image there. It was sooo foggy tonight, had I not known where the derrick was located, I'd never found it. I did though, here's that shot and a shot of our dog Shiloh.

Oil Derrick2

This derrick was not visable until I got to with in a bout half a mile from it.

Shiloh

Little Miss Shiloh. A face only a mother and we could love. Don't worry, we don't tell her that and she can't read.
