Chicken Cacciatore

I made Chicken Cacciatore for dinner. I needed an image for my 365 day project so here it it is. Still trying to figure out how to use the new flash. I set up the flash at about 7 o'clock and tried to bounce it off the ceiling. I tried to put a white reflector opposite the flash but it didn't look good.

Any comments or suggestions would be great

Hi Frank ... you're making me hungry again ... nice setup ... as for the flash, I use a diy diffusor ... regular christmas wrapping paper around the flash

can't help you on the flash as I don't even have one.....sniff.......any extra flash units laying around out there? But the meal is quite inviting

Very nice contrasting colours ! Can't help you on the lighting part since I'm still experimenting also - but I think the lighting for this worked out very well.
