Default Appalachian Trail

After hiking the Appalachian Trail all day we found a small grassy patch on a cliff overlooking the Shenandoah Valley. We didn't even set up the tent it was so nice, we just slept under the stars.

Ain't it just beautiful there. All around that area. The Shenandoah Valley and The Blue Ridge Parkway. I want to see it again. Very nice capture.

Not at all what I was expecting... which I love! Nice job with the perspective.

I have been along the Blue Ridge Parkway and have been on about 100 yards of the Appalachian Trail on Clingman's Dome in the Smokies.....The Shenandoah Valley is a beautiful place
