Lightbulb Moss - Nikkor 35 mm close-up

Hi folks,

Here are two pictures of moss on two different surfaces, both shot with the Nikkor 35mm f1.8 DX lens. I suggest you click on the the images and then on the small + sign below the image, then you will be able to see all the details. I was really impressed with how good these close-ups turned out with this lens.

I just got one these lenses, primarily for using inside buildings in low light. I would have never have thought of using it in this way but of course I will have to try. Really nice pictures.

I prefer #2 - depth of field is better. Nice detail in both, however.
