Default Some monochromes taken on a monochromatic day

I haven't posted in a while, but here are some shots from the past few days. Even though the weather has been horrible and cold, it's still nice finding beautiful places to photograph! Have a nice weekend!

Your town is a beautiful place with all the evergreens...been there a couple of times....you did a great job capturing shots in less than ideal conditions

Thank you all for your very nice comments! Patrick, these photos are taken from Toledo, Ohio, believe it or not! I am in Ohio for a little while, not in Washington or the Pacific Northwest. But it's nice to find beauty in unlikely places!

Exquisite photos! I love every single one of these, and I'm a full-color gal, not usually drawn to B&W or sepia. I think the first is my favorite though -- the reflection of the tree in the window, along with all the wonderful texture, makes it a real winner!
