Exclamation It's a volcano!

Whilst sorting through my holiday snaps, I came across this pic.

It's a blown out volcano in Timanfaya, on Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands off the cost of Africa. These are the actual colours catputed, no Post Production with hue or saturation, I've just added the mat.

I took it through the window of a coach whilst we were driven through the area, if you look closely, you can see some of the window reflected in the shot.

I must go back sometime and capture this area properly.

Great capture Jeff, it looks a little like the surface of Mars. You did a good job through the glass. Thanks for sharing it with us. I loved it in Lanzarote.

I've been there myself a few years ago and it is stunning - they are supposed to have tested the lunar rovers in Lanzarote due to its landscape being similar to the surface of the moon in places - great shot
