Default Livin' the dream...in a P-51D Mustang

I've posted similar pics of my P-51 flight with my father, but I came across this one today and played with the clarity little to "dream-ify" the clouds. I thought it turned out pretty cool!

This was taken by me in the other P-51D,through the canopy with a PnS.

PS...for those following the exploits of Spartacus, I'll post some more incriminating pics when I get the CF cards back from the FBI!!

Wow. What a terrific shot this is. The image is still clear even if you were inside the other plane. This is WWII plane, isn't it?

Jim, I do not know why, but I have always wanted to fly in a P51...silly as that may seem. I envy you...it looks awesome. I guess I missed the last post.

Looks like fun, and a nice picture too. Do you know if the plane in the picture has been modified (beyond possibly adding the second seat)? The vertical stabilizer and rudder look a bit taller then what I expected.

Very dreamy, indeed! That is a gorgeous shot - I love the feel of all the blue, and the plane is so sharp. I feel like I'm in the air, too!
