The face really "pops" in the first shot. Cool work and it is a fun shot overall. Her hands may be a bit washed out though. Good job!

Maybe just burn and dodge a bit? Its really up to you. I think it looks good in the first place, maybe just a little room for improvement, the snow is such a large area of white that the light colored hands with little shadows seem to blend in? It could just be me really. Try out what you think works best, it never hurts to try all sorts of different things.

I like the shot, as for the better..both have qualities the other doesn't. The 1st one the face seems exposed better but the snow and hands seem a bit over and the 2nd the tones are more real. I like them both though. Nice shot
