Default Herbie the Leopard Gecko!

12/365 His name is Herbie.

Say hello to my niece’s leopard gecko, Herbie. He wouldn’t come out of his log so I took my camera to him. My niece, Sirena kept telling me he would die if I took his photo. She was really surprised when he didn’t. LOL.

Hello there little guy. It looks like he is quite camera shy, and the story of your niece is pretty cute. Are there two animals in the shot or am I crazy? Great texture in the shot by the way!

There are two! Good eye! I actually didn't even notice that until you said something. I think his name is Fred the 3rd or something like that.

And thanks! My niece also told me that they always stay in their logs.

What a fun photo! Herbie really is pretty cute, and I'm so glad he (and Sirena) survived the photo experience! Thanks for sharing this photo and story with us.
