Wow! Love the colouring of the carrot photo! Nice and vibrant.... although can't say that carrots are my fave vege.... but you have captured them well.

Slice of cake?? I think it looks more like a slice of pavelova... mmmmmmm

Really interesting couple of photos. The slice of cake intrigued me, is it really cake or a rocky island rising out of the sea?
