First time out using my christmas present, a Canon Rebel EOS XSI. I always had point and shoot cameras until now. Pictures were taken of the Great South Bay on Long Island in Wantagh. Advice welcomed....

Great job mate. Hope you have fun with the new camera. Maybe try out a polarising filter as your next purchase - see what that nice sea looks like with some reflections knowcked out a bit.
