Default First time post

First time out using my christmas present, a Canon Rebel EOS XSI. I always had point and shoot cameras until now. Pictures were taken of the Great South Bay on Long Island in Wantagh. Advice welcomed....

I like your third. Interesting sky, good play on light with the reflection and a good foreground.

Great job mate. Hope you have fun with the new camera. Maybe try out a polarising filter as your next purchase - see what that nice sea looks like with some reflections knowcked out a bit.

P.S. Like the footsteps too. Nice touch.
