Default Off Camera Flash...Low Lighting Still Life

Yep...bored, tired of taking snow pictures...resorted to taking snaps in the dark of kitchen objects!

Mark, the low light makes the elements stand out and shows nice highlights. Very nice.

I hear ya! With all this snow we've gotten, I won't have any problem with the insurance company if anything happens to our house. I have pictures of EVERYTHING! lol
Great image!

Lovely shots! I know what you mean about snow shots - just tired of taking them - I need to try this.

Great idea Chalkie...I like it a lot. I'm sick of snow and we don't even have any here...LOL

Hey Mark, this is good I like it! Have not quite figured out what it is but I like these shots taken in the lighting situation.

Thanks guys for your kind words. I got home from work and just had to shoot something...anything! (We all know that feeling I'm sure). As beautiful as the snow has been, it's getting tiresome now and I'm yearning for Spring. At least this whiled away half an hour and quenched my thirst!

For those wondering about the actual object, it's an arty-farty oil/dressing kinda thing (you can tell I know my way around the kitchen!).
