Default Snow day

We got a little snow in atlanta this past weekend. Since we southerners lose all functionality when it snows, I got to stay home from work. The roads were pretty icy all weekend, so it was nice to lounge around and take some pictures.

I really like the compositional idea you used in your first shot, very cool. Well done.

Nice shots! Love the idea in the first, it's great. And the lighting in the 2nd is lovely, I love the effect of the sun coming through the trees.

Good stuff, love the leaf shot. Same is true here in the UK, an inch of snow and the place grinds to a halt, good fun for photos tho!!

Nice shots Robert! Unfortunately the streets on my way to work were clear enough for travel, so I didn't get to miss work!

I live north of Atlanta in Alpharetta which is a little higher in elevation. The streets iced over pretty good causing me and my compact car to slide around. Getting up some of the hills in the neighborhood was tough.
