Default Cold morning walk

Got out this morning with hopes of some great shots , but the thermometer hasn't been above the single digits , and a good steady breeze too Took a little ride to the end of my road and decided to take a little walk . After about 10 minutes the old fingers were getting a bit numb ...
Did manage to get these which I thougth I would share of where my wife and I go in the warmer months to pick blueberries .

Fortunately for me , the logging operations were not running today ...

Thanks for looking ,
-John

Hayward ,

Much thanks ! It was not quite the variety I was looking for ...but the cold definately put a damper on any creativity I was planning...

The last one is a neat little pond that opens up to a marshy area . Hope to catch shots of some ducks and geese here in warmer weather

-John

skyline,

Thanks . I always tell myself that someday I'd like to retire to a warmer climate , but would miss the beauty of the New England winters . I can always retreat to sit beside the fire

Thanks for looking ,
-John

beachcomber ,
Thanks ,
My wife thought the same of the first photo when I was reviewing them . She thought it looked like a nice place to trailride horses , not realizing it was my photo from the end of our road .
