Default Pottery

Hi,

My name is Ari, I just want to show my photo in old town in Oman. There is some shop selling a pottery products. I am still using film camera not DSLR. Please give me feedback so I can improve my skill. Consider that I am in the early stage of learning photography.

Cheers,

Hi Ari, and welcome to DPS. I hope you enjoy it here and stay with us, posting more great shots like this one. Your slightly out of focus foreground, and the central dark archway creates a kind of 3 dimensional effect. Well done and keep posting your shots. You will learn a great deal by doing so. God bless. PAUL

Nice work! I would say you are well on your way. Good composition, depth of field, and color. And, as a citizen of my age from east Texas would say, "That's a passel of pots!"

Default really excellent

great shot to capture the scene! It is a bright shot and the details are blown out a little in places, you could adjust the exposure to make sure you get the detail in bright spots. great shot though, I love it!
