I stole the idea from Fozzie's assignment submission (with permission). I just had to give it a try.

Two pics, one of the iris of my 28-80mm, a second of my wife's eye. Added the iris to the eye in photoshop layers (I forget which mode, but it was something like "screen" so the highlight on the eye wasn't obscured).

Then a bit of manipulation for color/contrast etc....My wife's eye is not usually anywhere near that blue.
