Default U.K surfers playground.

Little Fristral Newquay

Hi all, this is the surfing mecca of the U.K. There were no surfers out here this day, they were all around the other side of the headland.

Little Fristral Newquay U.K

Looks so much better in large.

Thanks for looking.

You seem to be getting just better and better Glyn. Compositional proportions of this shot don't come any better. great. PAUL

View in large size on flickr to fully appreciate how good this picture is. A longer exposure adds extra value to the crashing waves and the colours are excellent. One of your best Glyn, I like it

High Glyn,
love the image, I was stationed not far from here at RAF St Mawgan, I know this area well and we could walk to the beaches from the end of the disused runway. This is a cracking image, love the colours and detail in it. Thanks for sharing.
David.

That's a wonderful image, Glen. The light is beautiful and it has great sharpness to it.

Absolutely wonderful image! The longer exposure works so well. Who needs surfers to get a great picture!

While I am a bit partial to water images made with slow shutter speeds creating a silky effect, I really love this shot of the crisp breakers and waves lapping the rocks and sandy shore! Great work! Thanks for sharing.
