Default The Courtship

Wiretailed Swallows Courtship

Wire-tailed Swallows courtship display. She seems to be angry at his pass. But usually that is how it is initially.

This is really cool. I have never seen a bird like this. I have seen "normal" swallows, but not one with wire hanging out the back. Great capture. Well done & TFS.

What a fabulous photo! This is just great -- wonderful composition, and I love the crisp focus and action! She does seem to be a little put off by his advances, but I'm guessing he'll be persistent and win her over in the end!
