Default Fort Pulaski with Cannons

I took these over the holidays at Fort Pulaski just outside of Savannah, Georgia. It dates to the early 1800's and saw action in the U.S. Civil War.

Gorgeous colours, especially in #3, which I'd have to pick as my favourite. TFS.

Neat little history lesson with great visuals to boot. I like number three the best, too, because it shows the interior of the fort. I wonder if they had grass there back then...? Nice shots!

i like shooting places with history in it..love the perspective of the first shot and how you included the flag in the horizon..the color and composition of the third one is spot on..i like the the contrast of the orange bricks against the green grass..the cannon is an added bonus..tnx for sharing..

Awesome...great shots...love the third. I wish I had had a camera when I visited Fort William Henry years ago....so much history at Lake George and surrounds.
