Default more Scottish snow shots

Some more shots from our trip:

More "catching the light"

DSC_0101

I learnt that for a landscape shot to work you need something in the foreground to create perspective - did this work?

DSC_0095

another attempt at that concept

DSC_0120

If I have succeeded with these attempts then I am eternally grateful to my many friends and advisors here on DPS

Thanks for looking

I like both the last two. Love the way the sun is trying its hardest to peek through in the last image, and love the humps and bumps in the second one. It just adds a special bit of something to the image. TFS.

Nice set Sheldon particularly the second, where the deep snow ridges in the foreground create the perspective beautifully with or without the grasses, it's an excellent picture
