Default Look into my crystal ball....

Had a play around with an electrical ball thing last night. Was inspired by one of our members who posted "home made lightning" image in the past day or two. Thought would give it a go myself and practice my shutter speeds.

All the images were totally manual. The settings on the last image are F5.3, ISO 1600, -2 exp, no flash, 1/15 sec shutter. I basically just played with the shutter speeds to see what I could get. But the longer the shutter speed the more of the lightning you capture and it ends up looking like an eye (I had it in the "on" mode not the vibration only mode). It is quite cool, do have a play. M
