Default Wnter Sunset in California
I just started with photography so my picture isnt the best, but I took this picture the other night and i really like it. Any suggestions?


Sunset

Camera: Nikon Coolpix P90
Exposure: 0.05 sec (1/20)
Aperture: f/4.5
Focal Length: 8.2 mm
ISO Speed: 64
Flash: Off, Did not fire

Yes, I like the colours too, it looks like a scene from "Tales of the Arabian Nights"

Looks good I'd crop the top off so there isn't so much black.

I agree with cropping the image. Think of the rule of thirds. Put the horizon line about 1/3 from the bottom of the photo and you'll have a much better image.

I didnt even use a DSLR for this picture. I took this with my P90
