Default This family was so nice I had to shoot them!

LOL, so much for a creative title.

I posted this in the strobist setup thread but thought I'd share it here. I'd posted pics of the little girls here before but realized I'd never posted a portrait of the whole family.

These people are so amazingly sweet! The girls did NOT want anything to do with getting their photos taken and I was at their home for 4 hours. They were so apologetic and bent over backwards for me. They kept offering me beverages and snacks and made me feel SO comfortable and right at home with them. I wish ALL clients were like them, LOL!

As always, thanks for looking and I always love your comments!

LOVE these clients! Nicest family ever!

For children that didn't want their photo taken you have done a great job.
Maybe you could try standing on recalcitrant children, seems to work for Ruthie.

A great portrait shot Susan, the lighting is perfect.

Would you mind sharing the details of lighting setup and camera settings please? I need all the info I can get.

Cheers,

Gerard

Great shot Susan - the lighting is excellent. Did they offer beer?

Wonderful shot. Did you use only the Alien Bee 400 or an additional flash?
Thanks.
