Shot 1 is a fantastic portrait! Cute picture and a good shot! The rest are cool, i'm so darned tired of snow and ice outside (in real life) but it sure does look cool in pictures

Hiyas Frank, Happy Nw Year,

I also think the new flash is working well, The cute little girl is really well lit.. I like her green top and the green pillow... Nice touch. I always look at hair in a portrait to get a feel for a natural look ... you got excellent results , her hair is shimmering but still has good details.

I like the the patterns of the ice in the 3 and the rows of whatever those ice things are behind the fence in the last is really cool. But since I don't live far from you and live along the south shore on L I ... I've already seen enough of frozen waterfronts, it's only January and I'm dying for mid march weather lol.

thanks for sharing the set !

Vin

I can't get over the ice pictures I'm seeing here, can't even imagine how cold it would be. Your first shot is beautiful, the lighting is so soft, so what sort of flash are you using?

I am using the Sony HVl F42 flash I just got for Xmas.

Happy New Year Vin. I know you must be sick of the cold too. I hope we don't get a lot of snow Friday.

Thanks everybody for all the nice comments.

Frank
