Default Souvenir form the Vatican

Last night as I was getting ready to go to laying down in bed, feeling kind of alone (my wife being out of town for a year now) I was looking at the rosary that I got at the Vatican. I saw this and thought it was pretty powerful and picked me up. I had to replicate this image. If your not religious, or of a different faith the please do not take this as offensive as its not meant to be. If you are I hope enjoy it.

Great shot, Nick. Is there a story behind the wood it's made from? TFS

No unfortunately there is not. I bought the rosary in the Vatican during a recent trip to Rome and have became more and more attached to it.

I love this shot! Not only because it brings back awesome memories of the trip to Rome, but because the image has that deep and powerful feel to it, it's very simple yet very strong. And don't worry I miss you a bunch too, buy we'll be together very soon.

Beautiful image...it reminds me of my grandmother who made hundreds of rosaries years ago for Africa...all through my childhood I watched her do it. This brought back wonderful memories.
