Default Cold & Alone
This photo was originally taken under those orange street lights so common in most cities. But I reduced the white balance all the way down to 2000 (in ACR) to get the initial blue hue. Then I played with the contrast, saturation and curves in Photoshop to get the final results you see here.

Wow...that's awesome. I like the blue tone of it and I like the way the snow looks as it's falling.
