Smile mangrove-y love...

Hello! This is my first post.. I hope I do it correctly! I am a Florida resident living on the East Coast so a lot of my nature photography is captured while I'm kayaking or exploring the areas around us! hope you enjoy this one!

First of all, WELCOME to DPS! Hope you enjoy it here as much as we all do!
I love the sound of what you are doing - a kayaking trip. What a way to see the sights! I am certainly looking forward to seeing more of your trip. TFS (thanks for sharing).

WELCOME to DPS
Interesting shot with some nice effects. You bring your camera into a kayak? Oh my goodness...you should certainly be able to get some sweet shots that way. Can't wait to see more.

Yes! I do bring my camera into the kayak. I bought a special water safe bag for it.. but I admit every wave that comes my way I'm terrified!! haha. So far I've gotten some really nice shots, especially when dolphins come the play! More photos coming soon.

And thanks for the welcome!!

THANKS!!! I love this perspective, the water in the center being in focus and the mangroves hanging down in the background out of focus. For me that's the whole point of photography... get the angle most people don't see!!

Thanks for the compliment.
