Default Cozy Orchid

Well it's 5 degrees today and I was itching to get out and shoot. I decided against it and setup my flash and umbrella in my family room and found the prettiest thing, other than my wife, that I could photograph.

Orchid

Beautiful flower and captured so well. A great way to spend a very cold day.

That's gotta beat going outdoors in the 'Windy City' when it's 5 degrees!

Great shot, very well lit and shot. I loved the detail on the little clamps, when my eye got there.
