Lightbulb From the land of colours, here are more colours...:)

This is from my recent trip to the desserts and city of Pushkar, Rajasthan, which i believe that DPS readers would like to see through my lens. Expecting some critique...

What a wonderful set! Kubog, I did indeed love seeing these -- each one is marvelous. I especially like the first portrait and the third silhouette -- both are so beautifully done. Thanks for the colors!

Kubog, an amazing set of shots. I love the portrait...and the kingfisher is awesome as well. This set certainly is filled with lovely color.

This is a fabulous set. The colours in the 2nd are amazing! - are they dyes? Really like the portrait and the silhouette. Looking forward to seeing more from your trip.

thank you...they are not dyes....they are what we call "gulaal" meaning powder colour, used for teh festival "holi" or by the priest who usually color their forehead with them.

although i have been told that this pic has no originality in it...as in way too many photographers have taken this kind of a composition.. but i still love it none-the-less
