Poodle or Cocker Spaniel?????

This is my little buddy Woody, he does not do to well in the snow as you can see but you can not stop him he just loves the snow. He ices up really quick but it does'nt stop him.
No Cocker spaniels were harmed in anyway on this shoot, at this precise moment he is curled up in front of the fire.
