Default Couple shots wiht new gear

Just bought my second Canon and here are few shots that I'd like to share. Nothing too fancy but some photos I like..

A grim looking churchground (-15 celsius)

I really like the perspective and light in your second photo. Sweet looking dog.

And I like the composition in your first shot. Did you convert it to B&W, or was it really that gray?

The churchground image was converted from colour RAW file. Although, the colors that were present were not that plentiful... It's cold and dark here
