Default a grand day out...

Here's a few shots of critters we met along the way on our dog-walk around Chatsworth today...

A beautiful Mallard duck

Lucky enough to get a few shots of the wild deer

Aren't sheep just wonderful?!

And the main reason for the walk, Ruby, our Staffie

Nice job on all Chalkie but the color on the mallard is outstanding as is the reflection and color of the water

What a great time you must have had especially in seeing all that wild life. Excellent job on all of these. Did Ruby have a good time chasing any of them?

Thanks guys...it was nice just to stroll for a few hours and take it all in.

Mike - Ruby is very good around wildlife, so no problems there. Sticks on the otherhand are never safe!!

Wow, Mark, you live in a diverse world to find so many critters. The mallard and pup I recognize but the deer are very different from the deer here in Arizona. No too many sheep in the desert. It's just a little warmish. And whiley coyote, too. I'm been sitting at home all day. Thanks for the outing!

Thanks for the feedback. Linda - I have no idea what type of deer these are to be honest...if anyone else on here does, then please enlighten me!
