Default Inspired by UKGlyn;Tutored by Harry Palmer = RESULT

I was inspired by a shot of a rusty chain posted by UKGlyn (thanks mate), so I went out to look for one. Found this, but Harry Palmer talked me through a little PP work in my new Photshop Elements 8 that Santa brought me, AND THIS IS THE RESULT. Thanks David.

Tow Chain 2

And this is a shot of the grille of the old WW2 towtruck to which the chain belongs. (no PP on this).

Nice image of the chain Paul, you can tell it's had an interesting life - I wonder what it has pulled in its time?

Ah Paul, who's a clever lad then nice editing finish you have there, just enough and not too much to detract from the original. I really like this a lot. Well done on a super job.
Also so glad to be of service, remember always here to help ok.

A clever lad indeed! What a fun result when 3 heads are put together :-) Lots of fun, and how nice of Santa to bring you PS Elements! I too love the perspective on the towtruck. I love old military stuff like this.

What is it with rust...what is the attraction? Hard to figure but there sure are a lot of us who find it appealing? Identification with the aging process? Lovely shot regardless. I very much like the tow truck because your angle is so unique. You've admirably shown all the interesting lines and angles. Nice work, Paul.
