Default Hello all, I'm New

Firstly i'd like to say hello and what a great site this is so much inspiration from browsing the site for the last week or so.

My name is Jonathan and i'm from Holmfirth in England. I've been lurking in the shadows reading your threads and looking at some great photos for a week while i've been waiting for my first DSLR camera to arrive (late christmas present).

I have a Panasonic Lumix G1 and i love it, i have been reading the manual for at least 3 days now trying to understand how to get the best out of it.

Anyway i thought i'd share my first few shots. i have so much to learn and i'm sure these are not a patch on some of the stuff i've seen on here but it'd be rude not to contibute

Merry christmas

Happy New Year

Glad to have you aboard....it was hard to see your pics due to size...read up in the opening post in SYS, to correctly post shots from flickr and then they'll be big enough to enjoy
