Default Which is better?

I took some photos today of one kid. I loved the way he looked like he was in cage, beacause he was too short and the rail of the balcony was aboove his head. I can choose though which of these two photos is the better one. What do you think? Any comments are welcomed too ^^

Hi I prefer the second one with his hands on the rails almost looks like he's saying help me get out
