Default Gorilla not in the mist

I want to share this photo with the community.

Last Monday I went to the San Diego Zoo with my family. Obviously I had my gear with me ready to hunt some good preys, photographic speaking of course. I am a huge fan of big apes, so one of my main goal was to capture a Gorilla with my camera and here is the result, hope you like it.

Thanks for viewing.

Thanks for your comments.

It was so delightful to photograph my friend gorilla and kind of funny and lucky at the same time, because he was indeed like posing for the photos, he was walking around his cage (if we can call cage to the place they live, the land is bigger than my loan he he) and then when he saw some people with the cameras, he stoped and stayed still, turning his head to a various angles with that kind of smile in his face, he was acting like a real Hollywood star on the red carpet. So,then he turn his head and look to where I was standing, so I could do the shot.

I am very pleased not only with the photo, but also with the whole experience of taking it.

Great capture. I love going to the zoo with my camera. Those gorillas really ham it up for you. Happy New Year! TFS.
