Default Splash of Lemon/Lime

Splash of Lemon & Lime

No photoshopping here...this is straight out of the camera with some minor tweaks in Lightroom. The splash is actually cream and food coloring.

I have an IR sensor that senses the milk drop and fires the flashes at the precise moment.

Awesome shot! But I'm with Patrick. How did you keep the colors separated in the drop?

You start with one drop of yellow milk on the black plexiglass, and then add a drop of green to the right side of the first drop. Then drop another yellow drop on the small puddle. The splash will show up as 2 colors.

This wasn't my first attempt. I think I took about 20 photos of splashes before I finally got something I liked.

Thanks for the comments!
